We need to identify all of the branding we have replaced in tor-browser, and make an equivalent branding commit in mullvad-browser that replaces with Mullvad provided icons, colors, etc, etc

Do we have custom bookmarks? Or should I make the file empty for now? Or should I just add a link to https://mullvad.net/?

We already had a similar issue: #14 (closed). Not sure whether it was for the default bookmarks, or for the links in the default homepage.
