Update pre-configured DoH URLs

Our infra team announced we'll change the DoH URLs to the following on March 23rd (if all goes to plan).

Here are the future URLs:

• Mullvad (Default): https://dns.mullvad.net/dns-query
• Mullvad (Ad-blocking): https://adblock.dns.mullvad.net/dns-query
