Refreshing the profile is possible in Tor Browser but not in Mullvad Browser

Refreshing the profile in about:support is possible in Tor Browser but not in Mullvad Browser.

I don't think there's any reason not to allow it also on Mullvad Browser (it could be the opposite, at most).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
