New Identity button is misleading

The New Identity button in Mullvad Browser is just a restart/refresh button.

We shouldn't use the same wording/icon used in Tor Browser, as long as we're not randomizing the exit IP as well.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
