Autoplay behavior

I think it's the second time or so I see someone complaining about the autoplay behavior changing after an update. Which I believe it has not.

So I went I tried to test autoplay on youtube, here's STR on MB 13.0.10

• go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QRqY_20ti9A
• click on Reject all
• video autostarts with sound
• open a new tab
• go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QRqY_20ti9A
• the video doesn't autoplay

Is that expected?
