Provide option to delete Mullvad Browser profile data when removing using the uninstaller

In the following WIP #200 (closed), the installer put some data in %AppData% and some in %localAppData%.

Since we are not focusing in enterprise/university deployment at the moment, we can have the profile data contained in a single folder in %localAppData%.

When uninstalling the browser, this will also make it easier for the user to remove.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
