`mozavcodec.dll ` is flagged by Windows 11 "Smart App Control"
When launching Mullvad Browser 13.0.13+, with Windows 11 Smart App Control, the following error message appears.
Part of this app has been blocked. Some features may not work because we can't confirm who published mozavcodec.dll that the app tried to load
Seemingly nothing is broken (webRTC tests passed, and HTML5 videos continued to work), but this has not been tested in detail.
It's probably interesting to know that Smart App Control
is not enabled by default in Windows 11, but is instead set in an evaluation mode, where it will enable itself based on some heuristics (see details in link below).
