Update prompt restarting the browser suprising for users

I am new to the Mullvad browser. I haven't tinkered with the settings. I had several tabs open with documents that were hard to find. When I got the software update notification I treated it as I have with other browsers and updated it without any thought. I was not warned that my tabs may be lost and not recovered in my history if I did not change my settings. I updated and lost all of that.

You have to assume users need warnings before taking actions that will or could result in un-recoverable resources!
