Disable (temporarily) default-browser popup on Windows

Setting Mullvad Browser as default browser on Windows is broken due to some regression. We should disable the popup offering to make Mullvad Browser the user's default browser until we can fix the underlying funcitonality.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
