uBlock Origin customization

For #20 (closed) we've added uBlock Origin to tor-browser-build, and made sure that Firefox automatically enables it in private mode when installing it from the distribution directory.

However, this doesn't customize any rules and/or configuration of the addon, which might be desirable.

LibreWolf has implemented a patch to load them, and a script to customize them before the build.
