Verify no outgoing telemetry connections in Mullvad Browser

We landed some patches to disable more telemetry in 12.0.3/12.5a3. Before the first release at end of March/start of April we should verify no mystery outgoing connections happen in idle Mullvad Browser.

The expected connections are:

Remote Settings cert revocation list to some Mozilla domain
Update ping to Mullvad domain (tbd)
