Add hg_clone_subdir option

In some cases we want to be able to clone multiple hg repos using a single project (in the case of tor-browser-build#40641 (closed)).

I think we could add an hg_clone_subdir option to clone the hg repository in a subdirectory of hg_clones/$project.
