Bug 40894: Fix format of keyring/boklm.gpg

In #40871 I incorrectly set `keyring/boklm.gpg` in format `GPG keybox
database version 1`, instead of `PGP/GPG key public ring (v4)`.

This was fixed with:

 gpg --no-default-keyring --keyring ./keyring/boklm.gpg --export > ./keyring/boklm-2.gpg
 mv ./keyring/boklm-2.gpg ./keyring/boklm.gpg
