Prepare lucetc and wasi-sdk for macOS build for RLBox Support

The lucetc and wasi-sdk projects are only needed for the compilation host not the target. We need to adapt them for that for the macOS RLBox build.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
