Cross-compile NSS for application-services

We need to cross-compile NSS for applications-services used by Fenix. See: https://github.com/mozilla/application-services/blob/v61.0.6/libs/build-all.sh.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
