Don't provide source tarballs in Android-only builds

Bundling the desktop Tor Browser (firefox) source code for Android builds doesn't make sense anymore. If there is a need for it, then most likely we'll want to provide fenix and geckoview tarballs and maybe android-components. I don't see a reason for pre-emptively providing these.
