Fix our busted nightly builds

There is no 68.10.1esr for Firefox (it's been a mobile-only release) but our nightly builds, using that branch, want to download language packs for that Firefox version for our desktop builds. However, they don't exist either, hence the build breaks.

We should use this "opportunity" to switch to ESR 78 for nightly builds. :)
