Assemble the MacOS10.12.SDK for our macOS cross-builds

Soon (with the switch to LLVM 11) we need to switch our macOS SDK. Mozilla picked 10.12 and we should likely follow.

Assembling instructions are in projects/macosx-toolchain/config which itself points to Mozilla's build/macosx/cross-mozconfig.common

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
