Repack omni.ja to include the unzipped https-everywhere extension

This should go together with tor-browser#40091 (closed). For desktop, we need to make the https-everywhere extension contents accessible from resource://torbutton/content/extensions/https-everywhere/ (at least with the current tor-browser#40091 (closed) patch). So, we should repack omni.ja and unzip the https-everywhere xpi to chrome/torbutton/content/extensions/https-everywhere/.
