Don't pass --no-insert-timestamp to Firefox anymore for Windows builds

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1612423 has added the linker flag. We don't need to set it ourselves anymore.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
