Use the right commit in get_gradle_dependencies_list steps

In the get_gradle_dependencies_list we use the latest commit from the branch. However for some (or all?) components, we can't use the latest commit but need to use a previous one in the branch.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
