Add license info for edwards25519 and edwards25519-extra

With !396 (closed), I added two new components (edwards25519 and edwards25519-extra), but I did not add licensing info to projects/tor-browser/Bundle-Data/Docs/Licenses/PluggableTransports/LICENSE.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
