Update projects/tor-browser/allowed_addons.json to fix android nightly builds

Build android nightly builds currently fail with the error:

Error: hash sha256:925fc2fadb017bab3ed1abf9c9fde705f5ac03e64ce19b3b1b3f20407cd1de31 != sha256:6e5af18ce46bfc496fb027581d3d37a0edb95df158d053a5d9a1f89b8093bc49

We should update projects/tor-browser/allowed_addons.json to fix it.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
