Update noscript URL

It looks like addons.cdn.mozilla.net does not exist anymore, so we need to update the URL we use for downloading noscript.

https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/downloads/file/3937112/noscript_security_suite-11.4.5-an+fx.xpi seems to be the new URL.
