Tor Browser for Android's snowflake ClientTransportPlugin seems to be out of date

It seems the snowflake ClientTransportPlugin string is patched into tor-onion-proxy-library at build time, but the recent (last year) changes to the snowflake bridge string didn't make it in.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
