Change projects/browser/windows-installer/torbrowser.nsi to a template file
To avoid having basebrowser.nsi, privacybrowser.nsi, torbrowser.nsi as separate files with mostly the same content, we can create a single template file.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
