Check and fix HiDPI issues in the NSIS installer

@richard says our NSIS installers look bad on HiDPI displays, but that it should be pretty easy to fix (some missing include in the script?).

We should check and fix.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
