Mullvad Browser generated downloads.json references tbb-* build tag rather than mb-*

The downloads.json generation script needs to insert the right build tag. For instance, the 12.0.6 tag should have been mb-12.0.6-build1 but instead was tbb-12.0.6-build1.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
