obfs4 is renamed to lyrebird

Since go.mod was updated in obfs4 main branch, we need to update var/go_vendor_sha256sum for obfs4 nightly.

doc/how-to-update-go-dependencies.txt has the instructions to do that.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
