First window after update should go to the user-friendly release page on GitHub

Mullvad is using tags like 13.0a1, 12.5.2, etc rather than our verbose mullvad-browser-115.1.0esr-13.0-build1 for their releases which include a whole changelog.

We should send users to this tag/release page on Git after updating rather than the empty page release page.
