Copy the new tor-browser.ftl file to the appropriate directory

We are going towards Fluent!! 🎉.

So, we have a new tor-browser.ftl that we need to copy to the appropriate directory.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
