Use the branch to build Base Browser

At the beginning we thought we would've always used the tag for Base Browser, but eventually we decided to create the branch to simplify the rebase work.

So, we should remove the different git_hash and the related comment.

Eventually, we will probably stop building Base Browser (currently used only for nightlies), but I think we should change this anyway.
