Remove old macos signing scripts

In !837 (merged) we're adding new signing scripts for macos signing on Linux, with rcodesign, but not removing the old macos scripts.

After confirming it works fine, we should remove the old signing scripts, and all references to our macos signing machine.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
