Remove tb-build-04 and tb-build-05 from tools/signing/download-unsigned-sha256sums-gpg-signatures-from-people-tpo

We should remove tb-build-04 and tb-build-05 from tools/signing/download-unsigned-sha256sums-gpg-signatures-from-people-tpo since they don't exist anymore.

@pierov also noticed that there is a double dash in the cdn.devmole.eu URL.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
