Run "file $keyring" in tools/keyring/list-all-keyrings

When updating some keyrings, it happened a few times that we changed the format of the keyring, without noticing. The format can be seen by running file on the keyring file, so I think running file $keyring in tools/keyring/list-all-keyrings would help notice such changes.
