Feature request: add "/DesktopShortcut" and "/StartMenuShortcut" command line option for Tor Browser windows installer to make shortcut on desktop/start menu when doing silent install

Right now I don't see a command line options to do this in https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/applications/tor-browser-build/-/blob/main/projects/browser/windows-installer/browser-install.nsi
