make incrementals may have not failed when a mar generation failed
I got a tor-browser-macos--13.5a8-13.5a9_ALL.incremental.mar that was 7mb smaller than the other one, suggestion it terminated early. rerun generated a match, but make torbrowser-incrementals-alpha exited successfully when perhaps it should have detected the error and thrown one
