AppArmor profile fails on Debian stable

We got a report that the AppArmor profile fails to load on Debian stable, because abi/4.0 is not available there: https://github.com/mullvad/mullvad-browser/issues/364

Since the AppArmor is only useful on Ubuntu 24.04, we can remove the profile when abi/4.0 is not available, doing something similar to this: https://github.com/CollaboraOnline/online/commit/5f7b37c7412c3e1d81d9c50a0ff8388087839f60

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
