The dmg2mar signing step in legacy 13.5 release is missing mar-tools

The dmg2mar signing step is expecting to find mar-tools-linux-x86_64 in the build that is being signing. However we are not doing linux-x86_64 builds for the legacy 13.5 releases, so the mar-tools are missing.
