Remove libstdc++ from Linux tor-expert-bundle

For some reason libstdc++ is shipped in the Linux tor-expert-bundle despite none of the binaries depending on it. @dan ran into some isues integrating into cwtch due to LD_LOAD_LIBRARY shennanigans. We should stop shipping libstdc++ in the tor-expert-bundle and presumably fixup the firefox/tor-browser packaging to pull in libstdc++ properly.
