Add redirects to make 14.0a4 a watershed

Since alpha versions before 14.0a4 cannot update to latest alpha releases, as the latest update responses does not include hashes (the check for this was removed in 14.0a4 with tor-browser#42737 (closed)), we're making 14.0a4 a watershed.
