Update sign-tag script to handle rapid-release nightly branches
For rapid-release we need to be able to handle the 'rapid' channel as well as nightly branch names (e.g. tor-browser-130.0a1-15.0-1)
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
