Remove list_toolchain_updates-firefox-android from Makefile

In 613f597e we dropped the firefox-android project, but the list_toolchain_updates-firefox-android: makefile rule was not dropped.

make list_toolchain_updates-geckoview can be used to check android toolchain updates.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
