macOS signed dmg might have a different timestamp

I noticed that the 14.5.6 signed DMG has a different timestamp from the unsigned one.

When I open the unsigned one in fileroller, I see the localized version of the datetime we set in rbm.conf.

The signed one shows 2 hours earlier.

FWIW, the builds were signed by @ma1, whose local clock is CEST as far as I know.
