Check in list_toolchain_updates that the sha512sum we have for the macOS SDK is the same as Mozilla

The version and sha512sum of the SDK used by Mozilla is included in projects/macosx-toolchain/config. We currently check that we use the same version. We could also check that we use the same sha512sum.
