This avoids errors with missing libbz2.so.1.0 on some Linux
distributions.

Now that https-everywhere is installed as an xpi file the test fail
because we can't update the preferences.js file from the extension.
We now use the global preferences/extension-overrides.js preferences
file instead.

Disable the acid3 test until it can be made more reliable.

When using using cygwin's version of p7zip (rather than Windows' version
of 7z) to extract the Windows bundle, some files are missing the read or
execution permission.

'readlink -f' doesn't work on OSX.

This script will pull the latest commit on the master branch from the
git repository, using signed commits. It will then check if the bundle
requires an update, and display an error message with an URL to download
the latest version of the bundle if that is the case.

This is the case when installing using the bundle. We use the file
bundle/bundle_commit.txt to find where to reset our branch, before
pulling.

Add a test to check that executables included in the OSX bundle are PIE.

This removes a deprecation warning in recent versions of perl.

Instead, use the convert command from ImageMagick. The perl module is
difficult to build (which is also the reason why we didn't have it on
Windows and OSX).

Add a new start script to start the testsuite using the bundled
dependencies.

test-data.tbb.torproject.org is currently offline. We move it to a
temporary location, until it is back online.
