Temptatively fixing this flaky test by waiting until HTTPS Everywhere
has loaded some rulesets.

Also fix https-everywhere tests for builtin addon.

- Use fixture server.
- Use same method for both worker and window tests.
- Require results to exactly match what we expect.

Also check for virtualenv2, as in some systems virtualenv is
the Python3 one, and remove code for
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1345274 workaround.

This reverts commit 778d9e09.

We should be in shape now for Fenix-based nightly builds.

The prune-old-builds script has been moved to tor-browser-build.git, in
tools/ansible/roles/tbb-nightly-build/files/prune-old-builds.

With #31055 we don't have default obfs3 bridges anymore.

Update .gitkeyring to add a new sub-key, fixing pulling of this git
repository using the tools/pull script.

Bug 29028: Don't set `privacy.resistFingerprinting.autoDeclineNoUserInputCanvasPrompts` to `false` anymore

Fix the settings test by not checking the value of media.cache_size,
which is no longer set to 0 with bug 29120.

Fix the test by skipping the file _zope_interface_coptimizations.so
(used by FTE, which we plan to drop soon).

Don't try to take a screenshot of the torbutton preferences window which
does not exist anymore.
