Also check for virtualenv2, as in some systems virtualenv is the Python3 one, and remove code for https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1345274 workaround.

Instead we are using the user.js file in the profile directory. We are also using user_pref() instead of pref() to make sure we override the values of prefs defined in other preference files.
