tbb-testsuite: fix the tor_bridge test

We are currently the bridge 83.212.101.3:6666 to test tor using a bridge.

However, we are getting a timeout error when using this bridge: http://xer3kgd5ygqr7n6i.onion/r/tbb-nightly-2018-11-18-Debian9.5-x86_64/tor-browser-linux64-tbb-nightly_ar.tar.xz.html#tor_bridge

We should see if this bridge can be fixed, or if we should find an other bridge to use for this test.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
