Enable nightly builds for Mullvad Browser

The MB l10n code path isn't touched by nightly builds currently. I think it's the only one, but maybe we could have more in the future.

We could turn off BB builds, if needed. It would also have the advantages that we communicate that BB should not be considered a supported product, and we avoid shipping unofficial binaries with Mozilla's branding.
